I spent many years in public service, holding several advanced leadership positions, and attained the rank of Senior Executive Service, the highest public service rank in the Federal government. I am a native of Texas and have also lived in Colorado and New Mexico. I worked for several years in a diplomatic capacity in SE Asia.

My entire career has been based on building dynamic, impactful relationships with executives and employees alike. My strong skill set is in communications with a focus on external stakeholders. I am a former TV news anchor for a CBS affiliate in Austin, TX. I thrive in the areas of community relations and public speaking. I enjoy connecting with people, and that’s the fundamental core of coaching…making a positive connection with one another in a safe, confidential environment.

I am a certified professional coach supporting people interested in personal and professional development. I have certifications from the American School of Professional Coaching and the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a volunteer coach for The Honor Foundation. This program supports military members transitioning from the U.S. Special Forces into the private sector. 

The extensive coaching programs have enriched my life; now everyone I meet is a source of inspiration.

My wife Stacy and I have been together for over twenty years. For us, it has been about smiles, memories, embracing what nature gives us, and simply listening; being present for one another. We are energized by nature, whether walking along a quiet seashore or mountain hiking in the Rockies.
